2) All package rates include food only - sales
tax, delivery and chaffing charges will be extra.
3) Delivery charges will be $1/mile with a minimum of $ 30.
4) Chaffing dishes rental will be $ 6 ea. (includes fuel) - customer to return chaffers by next day.
Upgrades:
1) Add 25 cents extra for substituing basic curry with a premium curry.
2) Add 50 cents for Navratna Pulao, 75 cents for Veg/Egg Biryani, & $1 for Chicken Biryani
3) Add 50 cents for "Sweets plus" items & 75 cents for "Premium Sweets" items.
Extras:
1) Add $ 1.75 extra for an extra premium curry.
2) Add $ 1.50 for Navratna Pulao, $1.75 for Veg./Egg Biryani, & $2 for Chicken Biryani
3) Add $ 1.75 for extra "Sweets plus" items & $2.00 for extra "Premium Sweets" items.
3) Add 25 cents for any raita variety.
